YOUR FAVOURITE AUTHOR

Hi bibliophiles!
Been thinking of doing this for a while now but haven't had the chance. I would love my readers to drop the name of their favourite authors and i would do a review or two of the authors books. And you know that a download link would always be included.
Don't just want to pick my own authors, but to be versatile and go round different authors and genres.
Eagerly waiting for the name drops.
Love you *wink*

THE KISS BY DANIELLE STEEL.

Hi bibliophiles!
Came across this book online and decided to share with my Danielle steel lovers. Not realy a fan but have to satisfy my readers. Trust me to share the link. Download and enjoy and this time, its pdf.
The summary:
Isabelle Forrester is a lovely French woman whose husband, Gordon, is one of Europe's most important bankers. Isabelle is beautiful, wealthy, and chic, but Gordon is an emotionless tyrant, and her son, Teddy, is handicapped and requires
constant care. Isabelle maintains a secret, long-distance relationship with Bill Robinson, a fabulously rich American political mover-and-shaker. Bill is also married, to a distant, resentful woman who cheats on him.
Isabelle takes a vacation to London, where she meets Bill.

They jet-set around (much description here of the clothes they wear, the wines they drink, and the actors, supermodels, and politicians who go to the same restaurants). Eventually they
confess their love for one another. But
Bill can't get divorced because he fears it will ruin his political career (although why anyone should care, since he doesn't actually plan to run for office, I don't know). More compelling, Isabelle can't get divorced because she fears that the cruel Gordon will take Teddy from her or maybe even deny him the medical care he needs. Isabelle and Bill agree to part, share one bittersweet kiss - and are promptly hit by a bus. Horribly injured, and presumably not still locked at the lips, they are rushed to the hospital.

They slowly recover, but both have lots of issues to deal with besides their physical health.

THE JUROR BY JOHN GRISHAM

Hi people!

The book i want to review today is THE JUROR by John Grisham. Novel readers are not strangers to this name, and as everyone knows, Grisham writes wonderful, suspenseful, thrilling, law based novels. When i read this book, i loved it. It was funny, suspenseful... Let me stop ranting. Here is the review or summary, anyone that keeps you going.

Willie Traynor, 23
and a college dropout, is working as a
reporter on a small-town newspaper, the
Ford County Times , in Clanton, Miss.
When the paper goes bankrupt, Willie
turns to his wealthy grandmother, who
loans him $50,000 to buy it. Backed by a
stalwart staff, Willie labours to bring the
newspaper back to health. A month after
his first issue, he gets the story of a
lifetime, the murder of beautiful young
widow Rhoda Kasselaw. After being
raped and knifed, the nude Rhoda
staggered next door and whispered to
her neighbour as she was dying, "Danny
Padgitt. It was Danny Padgitt." The killer
belongs to an infamous clan of crooked
highway contractors, killers and drug
smugglers who live on impregnable
Padgitt Island. Willie splashes the murder all over the Times , making him both an instant success and a marked man. The town is up in arms, demanding Danny's head. After a near miss (the Padgitts are known for buying themselves out of trouble), Danny is convicted and sentenced to life in prison. As he's dragged out of the courtroom, he vows revenge on the jurors. Willie finds, to his consternation, that in Mississippi life doesn't necessarily mean life, so in nine
years Danny is back out—and jurors
begin to die. Around and through this
plot Grisham tells the sad, heroic,
moving stories of the eccentric
inhabitants of Clanton, a small town
balanced between the pleasures and
perils of the old and the new South. The
novel is heartfelt, wise, suspenseful and
funny, one of the best Grisham s ever.

THE DOOMSDAY CONSPIRACY BY SIDNEY SHELDON

Hi people!
I'm not really a sci-fi fiction fan but when I got to read this, I was hooked. And for the first time, Sidney sheldon used a male as the main character. Hope you were able to download from the link I gave in m earlier post? I'm sure you would enjoy it.
The story was written at a time where U.F.O sightings were becoming a common occurence throughout the world and where stories of government coverups were becoming quite the norm. The story centres on such an incident where a U.F.O Craft crashes into Switzerland and is witnessed by a busload of tourists. The main character of the book is attained official of the CIA, given the task of finding all who witnessed this crash on the pretense of "warning" them not to talk about what they have witnessed. The official who handed over the task has no idea that what they had witnessed had been a U.F.O crash but rather a highly secretive military aircraft of some sort.
So his journey began in locating all these witnesses. As soon as he finds them and reports reports them to his superior they are killed in mysterious ways, so as not to arouse any suspicion. The story continues with snippets from the past to show to the readers that the hero was so in love with his ex-wife that he hadn't been whole ever since she let him for another man, the reason being that the agent didn't have any time for "them" anymore.
Like I said earlier, you would enjoy it if you love science fiction.

Thanks for reading! And leave a comment so as to know, its not robots reading this reviews.

MEMORIES OF MIDNIGHT BY SIDNEY SHELDON

Memories of midnight is a sequel to the other side of midnight! Simply means the continuation of the other side of midnight. If you've read the other side of midnight, I'm sure you would be looking forward to memories of midnight. I had to wait for more than two years before in could get this sequel to read, but it was definitely worth the wait.
Memories of Midnight begins with Catherine Alexander remembering her name after months of living in a convent and her past being a blank slate. After remebering her name, the rest of her life begins to come back to her. Most significantly, she remembers her husband, Larry, and his mistress, Noelle, attempting to murder her and causing her memory loss.
As she deals with this disturbing revelation, a benefactor appear to help her get back on her feet with a job and a place to stay. This benefactor is one of the richest men in the world, Constant in Demiris. What Catherine does not know is that Noelle was once Constantin's mistress and his heart was broken by Noelle's leaving him for Larry.
Constantin  had Larry and Noelle convicted for Catherine's murder and now that
Catherine has regained her memory, he must tie up loose ends caused by her reappearance. He plans to win her trust, then seduce and finally kill her out of revenge for the past she can barely remember. While constantin plots against Catherine, others are plotting against him. The question is who will be left standing at the end?
This book will have you turning page after page, rushing to get to the conclusion. And Yes I haven't forgotten what I said yesterday about giving you guys/gals the link for free Sidney Sheldon's novels, and here it is booksepub.blogspot.in/2014/05/sidney-sheldon-collection.html?m=1

THE OTHER SIDE OF MIDNIGHT BY SIDNEY SHELDON

The other side of Midnight is quite a page-turner. The reason for this can easily be found in the structure of the book. It is divided into different chapters, always switching from Noelle to Catherine. The chapters end with question to which the reader wants to know the answer as quickly as possible. Let me give you the summary or review, whatever you choose to call it.
The other side of midnight is the story of two women who grow up in completely different circumstances. However, one day their stories meet and that is when the big problem starts.
One woman is Noelle Page, who by the end of the book, has become a famous and wealthy actress. She was born in Marseilles as a poor fisherman's daughter. The older she grows, the more beautiful beautiful she becomes. As a young woman she decides to use her beauty to climb up in society. She becomes the mistress of various men, one wealthier and more influential than the other. One of her first lovers is Larry Douglass, a young American RAF pilot, whom she falls madly in love with. He promises her to come back to Paris to marry her, but he never does. From that day on, everything Noelle does, she does with the goal to destroy Larry. This is her plan until she meets him again many years later. By then she is very famous and the mistress of the richest and most influential man in the world; his name is constant in Demiris.
The second woman is Catherine Alexander, born in Chicago as the daughter of a salesman who loses his job and becomes a dreamer full of illusions and ideas that never work out. Catherine is a very intelligent girl who doesn't have many friends. She finishes school as top of the year and wins a scholarship for college. She starts college, still one of the best students, her greatest worry being that she is still a virgin while everyone else is "doing it". She leaves university to go to Washington DC, in the hope of a more exciting life and finally "doing it". Her life gets more interesting and she starts working for Bill Fraser, a wealthy bachelor. They soon become close and starts a relationship. But one day Catherine meets Larry Douglas and she runs off with him and gets married to him in a mad rush. Her life couldn't be better because she still has a good friendship with Bill Fraser, whose business is doing very well and she's got a loving husband.
Things change when Larry goes to Europe and the pacific to fly as a fighter pilot in the war against the Germans and Japanese. Catherine misses him every day, longing for him to return. When he finally does, things have changed completely and their relationship goes down the drain. Things seem to go better when Larry starts working for constant in Demeris. This is the moment where Catherine and Noelle lives mix together.
If you love suspense and thrillers, then you would love this book.  There is a place to download it.

I promise to give you a link of where to get the free download of Sidney Sheldon's novels collection, tomorrow. As this is my last post for today, I do three reviews per day.

Every breath you take by Judith McNaught

Its like I'm dedicating today to Judith McNaught. Here is the book she received new york times best selling author. The first book I read by Judith McNaught was Perfect, which I already wrote about earlier. After reading perfect, I wanted to read more of her books, to know if she is good or not. She is good, not just good but very good. I've read more than twelve of her novels and non has been boring. Before I rant away, which I can't help, let me give you a review or summary of this particular one.
Kate Donovan is still dealing with grief over the loss of her father when she heads to st. Marten with her longtime boyfriend, Evan. Evan soon has to return to Chicago to work on a case, and he leaves Kate alone on the island.
Mitchell Wyatt has only recently learned that he is the illegitimate son of one of the wealthy Chicago Wyatt's. Already wealthy in his own right, Mitchell isn't Sir he wants any part of his new family. When he goes to St.Marten to check on a house he's building, his path crosses with kate's . she accidentally ruins his shirt with a bloody Mary , and agrees to treat him to dinner to make up for it. The evening doesn't go quite planned; they end up rescuing a stray dog and ordering room service in. Over the next few days, they talk and share, and both of them believe they have a real relationship.
When Evans returns to St.Maarten, Kate goes to tell him about her relationship with Mitchell. Tthings go badly, though, and both Mitchell and Kate end up thinking the worst of each other. When Kate returns to Chicago, she discovers that her brief relationship resulted in some long term consequences. Eventually, they will have to work out all the misunderstandings that have come between them.
This is just a summary and there are lots of dramas that went on in between. Like the death of a brother the police are investigating. Lovely novel! And of cos you can get it for free online, just let me know if you're interested by your comments.

Sydney Sheldon

Are there book lovers in the house? Its like I just won a lottery! I hardly find a place where I can get good novel from my favourite authors. They are just so hard to get that when I see one, I'm like a cat with a pot of milk. And getting free novels online can also be very tiresome.
But goes what? I just found a blog that gives Sydney sheldon's novel in epub version for free. I almost pissed my pant in excitement when I saw it. Not only Sydney Sheldon but also found like seven different  harry potter series. Let me know if you're interested in knowing the source by your comments.

The Bride by Julie Garwood.

Don't know why, but I enjoy reading old books and most especially romance fictions that are set in the medieval time.
Today I read a novel called THE BRIDE by Julie Garwood, and I couldn't help but be captivated by the main characters of that book,Jamie and Alec. The settings was in Scotland and London, and if you're trully a lover of books, you would know Scotland and England were not a good mix.
In the beginning, Alec's wife Helena was killed and the Kincaid clan thought she committed suicide. Alec had to go to England, His most dreaded country and people to choose a bride not because he willingly wanted to,but because his king 'king Edgar' directed him to, in order to boost England and Scotland's relationship.
Baron Jamison was also directed by his King 'king Henry' to make sure his four daughter were on display when the Scots arrive as a punishment for not paying his tax. And let me inform you people baron Jamison is a selfish and self centered old man. He deviced a plan to put only three of his daughter on display but hide the most beautiful and hard working daughter 'Jamie'. The plan was disrupted by beak, a servant and most trusted ally of Jamie who taught her how to speak Gaelic, the language of the Scots and many more things. To cut the story short, Jamie and Mary her sister married Alec and Daniel not willingly and they were to leave their home on the very same day. This book is full of drama, love, suspense and I'm sure you will also laugh your heart out. Get this book to read for pleasure.

You can find the book on www.epub.com under Julie Garwood. Just type epub Julie Garwood on your Google browser and I'm sure u will see the book. Download or read online for free. I promise you will enjoy its and please I romance.
